We sat back down with James Drew to take the pulse of the bike industry and answer some of the key questions as we enter 2023. The boom time hangover has left many players on the ropes and it was interesting to hear James‘ perspective on some of the challenges facing businesses today: from relatively basic cash flow problems to the more complex backdrop of geopolitics interfering with the pandemic recovery, trends he observes from his clients, to the benefits of being small and nimble and more future-proof business models. Of course, there are some positives to take away from the conversation but, unfortunately, lower prices are probably not part of that. Finally, the now five-time podcast champion asks his own close-out question as he wonders why everyone loves E-Bikes so much??
