Summer has truly arrived here in Switzerland, the snow has been melting away for real this time around, gondolas have opened up for the season in the alpine and there are new destinations to explore! We recently got a crew back together for a riding weekend in Scuol in the Lower Engadine region and, as it was the first trip to this area for us, we sat down to recap our impressions. The trails, the vistas, and of course the mishaps! We discuss the notion of “pre-cramping” and the later stages of the dreaded muscular contraction. We also pick up on a listener question on skills that was very relevant for the weekend with what felt like a billion switchbacks. Finally, after having gone through our questions with Bryson in the last Riding Trips episode, it’s Pascal‘s turn this time around to close out the episode.
